SCHEDULE
We are currently roasting every week Monday through Wednesday (except for certain holidays).
Orders placed after Wednesday will be filled immediately if we have the coffee on hand. Otherwise, your order will be roasted & shipped the following week. Local delivery is offered in Celina and Prosper, Texas

INFORMATION
All coffees are bagged and sealed in air-tight bags with one-way degassing valves, typically within one hour from the time it comes out of the roasting machine.
Unless otherwise noted, coffees designed are offered in 12-ounce net weight (340 gram) or 1lb and 2lb quantities.
