Ethiopia Guji – Organic
$16.00 – $21.00
This coffee is sourced from METAD Agricultural Development PLC, a third-generation family-owned business with a rich history in Ethiopia that began after World War II.
When tasting this coffee, blueberries were the dominant tasting note in this juicy Ethiopian along with notes of chamomile.
A natural process coffee is one that refers to a coffee processing technique where the coffee is laid out to dry with the coffee cherry intact. This creates a natural fermentation environment for the coffee and can produce very intense fruit and floral notes.
We roast this coffee to a light-medium level to develop the deep fruity notes while slightly reducing acidity to make a smooth and flavorful coffee.
