Grown high in the highlands of Ethiopia's Guji Zone at 2000–2250 meters, this organic washed coffee comes from the Uraga Washing Station, built and operated by producer Habtamu Fekadu Aga of Kuri Mountain Coffee. Since establishing the station in 2015, Habtamu has cultivated relationships with approximately 450 smallholder farmers across 500 hectares of rich loamy soil in the Koba district. The cool climate, extreme elevation, and proximity to Yirgacheffe allow the cherries to mature slowly, producing exceptional complexity in the cup.

Hand-harvested and dried on raised African beds under shade for 11–13 days, this Guji stands out for its clarity and bright, fruit-forward profile. You'll taste juicy notes of apricot, pineapple, and lime, with delicate rose hips and a clean black tea finish and light-bodied and refreshingly expressive. A beautiful showcase of what makes Ethiopian washed coffees so iconic in the specialty world.
