Our Half Caff Blend is the perfect middle ground. We pair our bold, earthy Decaf Sumatra with a vibrant South American coffee to create a cup that’s smooth, full-bodied, and flavorful—while keeping the caffeine at about half strength.
The result is a beautifully balanced brew with rich chocolate notes, subtle nuttiness, and just the right amount of brightness. Easy-drinking, versatile, and satisfying, this blend is ideal for anyone who wants the comfort of coffee without the full jolt.
Roasting Schedule:
We roast Monday–Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be filled immediately if the coffee is in stock; otherwise, your order will be roasted and shipped the following week.
Local Delivery:
All local deliveries are made Thursday–Friday each week.
