APROCOMSA has been farming the Marcala region of La Paz, Honduras for decades — and this lot shows why the region earned its own protected designation of origin. Over 1,500 producer-members follow what they call Finca Humana (the Human Farm), a philosophy built around living and farming in harmony with nature. Organic practices aren't a certification checkbox here — they're the foundation of everything.

This is a natural process coffee, meaning the cherries are dried whole in the sun after a careful float sort to remove anything underripe or damaged. The result is a cup with real fruit presence — strawberry, raspberry, cherry — balanced by milk chocolate and a natural sweetness that lingers.

Grown at 1,300–1,700 meters across Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varieties. Fair Trade certified and USDA Organic.
